About Us
Labor Link is a locally owned and operated Christian based staffing company. We place individuals for daily, mid to long term, or temp to hire assignments. We provide quality, hardworking employees at a fair rate.

Todd Hein, the owner and President, has worked in the staffing industry since 1998 for a national chain company. He worked his way up from a branch manager to a district manager; however, in the eight years with this company Todd noticed a common trend. He felt the temporary employees were not treated right by the company he worked for. So, in December of 2006 Labor Link opened its doors for the first time. Todd ran the business by himself in the beginning. Now he employs six full time staff, a part time person, and Todd still plays an active role in the business.
We Invest In Our Community
Labor Link is proud to give back to our community. We are a sponsor of ISU athletics, West Vigo Softball, Wabash Valley Rex Baseball, and a variety of other things in the community. Todd currently sits on the Junior Achievement of the Wabash Valley and Terre Haute Children's Museum Boards.
